I have spent over thirty years managing large-scale programs and portfolios for technology-first companies such as Visa and Oracle — leading complex initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering high-stakes projects successfully.

Renovations, remodeling and residential design work has been a lifelong passion. I’ve managed, maintained, updated my home, my friends’ homes since college. As a little girl I accompanied my father and grandfather on home projects such as building new decks, fences and landscape walls, painting interiors and exteriors, installing lighting and fixing anything in the home that needed fixing. We rarely outsourced work, which gave me first-hand exposure to craftsmanship, tooling, work sequencing and DIY tips & tricks.

I led the full structural renovation on my Craftsman home, which included a foundation replacement. I acted as my own general contractor — self-performing demolition, sourcing all trades, managing subcontractors, overseeing permits and at one point terminating and replacing a contractor mid-project when the work didn't meet standard. It was the hardest project I've ever run, and it confirmed what I already suspected: I love this work.

I instinctually know how to manage the teeny details and not lose sight of the larger vision. I serve as the quarterback who orchestrates all the moving parts and connects the dots. I feel lucky to be able to combine long-standing professional skills with a deep-rooted passion for interior projects.

I am currently in the process of building my portfolio and expanding my industry relationships while working with a small group of homeowner clients.

My approach is simple: bring the same rigor that complex enterprise programs demand to a process requiring exceptional organization, communication and knowledge of remodel elements.
